Would you like to be more connected with your dog? Would you like your dog to be able to feel calm and comfortable around other dogs? Maybe you would like your dog to be more confident or to be able to make good choices for themselves? Would you like to understand your dog more? Then this 6 week course is perfect for you and your adult dog. In this 6 week course you will learn how to connect with your dog in a fun environment, using simple but effective exercises that you and your dog will enjoy while strengthening your bond. Exercises covered are ; Clicker association/training Proofing positions 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 countdown game Safe space Hand touch and Targeting objects/counting Magnet game Loose lead walking around other dogs Giving your dog choice Look at that cue Lets go cue for emergency situations Leave items on floor Recall Up and down game Mat targeting Settle around other dogs Boomerang game Scentwork Temptation alley Muzzle training I move you move game Flirtpole fun/impulse control/prey drive Retrieve Roundabout game And much more!!! The groups will be kept small at 4 dogs per group to ensure each participant can cope in class. Class sessions will take place outside to give participants more space from each other to ensure they each feel comfortable. At the end of the course you will receive an official ulti-muttpaws certificate and rossette.
