I would just like to say how much Benji and myself enjoyed the six week puppy course.. The instruction was very good and delivered in such a way that you felt very relaxed and not pressurized in any way. The walk through Apex park was also very helpful. Benji is a much better behaved dog because of the course and I am so glad that I took him on it. It is also reassuring to know that you are there if we have any problems in the future. I would and will recommend you to other people .

We would thoroughly recommend Lel's classes. Our puppy, Freddie, really enjoyed them and so did we, and we found them informative, fun and helpful. Lel teaches positive reinforcement and play and this led to Freddie gaining in confidence around other dogs. Lel also had time for a chat after class when we asked for some advice, was always cheerful and happy to help, and Freddie loved her, which is a testament in itself.

I am the fortunate owner of Baxter, a rescue dog with character and then some. I adopted Baxter in February this year and in his first week in his new home he was taking part in a dog class run by Lei.
Baxter and I were welcomed to the class by Lei, making Baxter feel at home straight away alongside the other dogs. Lei has this amazing capacity to treat all dogs and their pawrents as individuals and also as a group. Each pawrent knew how to help their dog, whether it be with commands, helping them to relax and focus.
All of her coaching was easy to understand. During practice Lei would spend time with each dog offering positive reinforcement through praise and reward. If at any time I was unsure of what to do, Lei was always on hand to provide support to either Baxter or myself.
Since doing this course, lots of friends have commented on how much Baxter has grown in confidence and are looking forward to starting our next course with Lei on Sunday.
